How do I confirm a booking?+

Share your travel dates and traveller count on WhatsApp or the enquiry form. We send a written itinerary with the final quote, and the trip is confirmed once 25% advance is paid. Balance is due 7 days before departure.

Can the itinerary be customised?+

Yes. Every package on this page is a starting point. Add days, upgrade hotels, swap a sightseeing day for a trek, or convert a group departure into a private trip – we re-quote within a few hours.

What is your cancellation policy?+

Cancel 21+ days before departure and we retain 10% of the tour cost. Between 20 and 8 days it is 30%, between 7 and 4 days it is 50%, and within 72 hours the booking is non-refundable. Flight and hotel cancellation rules apply separately.

Are the vehicles and drivers verified?+

All vehicles are commercially registered and insured, and every driver on our panel is a hill-route specialist who has worked with us for at least two seasons.
